the syrup

What makes Sticky different?

A lot of the maple syrup in stores is blended from many different forests. Ours comes from one forest in Vermont, and we boil it over a wood-burning fire. One ingredient, nothing added.

What's the difference between Amber and Dark?

Amber is warm and smooth with caramel notes. It's the one that goes on everything. Dark is deeper and more robust, and it's built for cooking and baking.

Both are Grade A pure maple syrup. Syrup gets darker and bolder as the season goes on, so Dark is made later in the season than Amber. Read the maple guide for the full story.

What's in it?

One ingredient: 100% pure Vermont maple syrup. No additives, never blended.

What sizes do you sell?

Amber and Dark each come in an 8 fl oz tin and a 16 fl oz tin. The bundle gets you one Amber and one Dark, both in the size you pick.

How should I store my syrup?

Keep unopened tins somewhere cool. Once a tin is open, keep it in the fridge and use it within a year, as it says on the tin. You can freeze it too. Pure maple syrup doesn't freeze solid.

Where can I find the nutrition facts?

On the back of the tin, next to the ingredients. There's only one ingredient: pure maple syrup.
